We have availability for groups untill 10 persons, please ask for the possibilities.

• If your planned stay is a week or shorter or based on a last minute booking we kindly ask you to transfer the total amount of your stay directly to the bank account number mentioned below.
• After the actual booking based on mutual agreement you automatically agree to our payment, cancellation and house rules.  These will be provided on request.
• Our bank account number is: FR76 1950 6000 1128 1449 5111 735 The account name is H.A de Bree.  Please state your name, the date of arrival and departure.
• Paying cash or by debit or credit card is unfortunately not possible.
• We kindly request that you transfer the outstanding amount within 3 business days.

• Full cancellation is possible eight weeks or more before arrival.
• If the cancellation takes places less than eight weeks before arrival but longer than one week, 50% of the full amount must be paid.
• If the cancellation is less than a week, the full amount must be paid.
• In case of a cancellation we will charge € 15,- administration costs.
• If for any reason your holiday is moved to a later date, the original cancellation rules will be maintained in relation to the initial booking.
• Rescheduling is a gesture of Bluedothotel staff and is in principle free of charge, of course in consultation with Bluedothotel staff.
• If your holiday is rescheduled to the high season period, the higher amount will be charged.
• Payment must be transferred immediately to the bank account number mentioned above.
• No refund will be made in case of an early departure.
