1 day booking

Booking for 1 day is possible; please contact us by phone or email for this.

Longer than 2 weeks

Planning to stay longer than two weeks? Please contact us by phone or email.

Group stays (5–8 people)

Would you like to stay with a group of 5 to 8 people? That is possible! In that case, please contact us by email or by phone.

Payment
  • If your planned stay is a week or shorter or based on a last minute booking we kindly ask you to transfer the total amount of your stay directly to the bank account number mentioned below.
  • When booking a summer holiday with a duration longer than a week we kindly ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount directly after the booking to the bank account number mentioned below. Please transfer the remaining amount at least one month before arrival.
  • After the actual booking based on mutual agreement you automatically agree to our payment, cancellation and house rules.  These will be provided on request.
  • Our bank account number is: NL13 ASNB0781265991 The account name is Vegotel.  Please state your name, the date of arrival and departure.
  • Paying cash or by debit or credit card is unfortunately not possible.
Cancellation
  • Full cancellation is possible eight weeks or more before arrival.
  • If the cancellation takes places less than eight weeks before arrival but longer than one week, 50% of the full amount must be paid.
  • If the cancellation is less than a week, the full amount must be paid.
  • In case of a cancellation we will charge € 15,- administration costs.
  • If for any reason your holiday is moved to a later date, the original cancellation rules will be maintained in relation to the initial booking.
  • Rescheduling is a gesture of Vegotel and is in principle free of charge, of course in consultation with Vegotel staff.
  • If your holiday is rescheduled to the high season period, the higher amount will be charged.
  • Payment must be transferred immediately to the bank account number mentioned above.
  • No refund will be made in case of an early departure.
